My School District has determined that I am, by definition, a school official who has legitimate educational interest in reporting and accessing Frontline Education data. I am aware of my obligation to respect and maintain the confidentiality of student records including medical information as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
